Where is the best place to get data on the coronavirus?

The data sources I’ve used so far (sorry just realized I cannot post links to all the resources below since I’m a new user):

  • Center for Systems Science and Engineering at Johns Hopkins University (been using this data set since late January)
  • The COVID Tracking Project (for state-level testing data)
  • Wikipedia article on testing (for country-level testing data)
  • Various Department of Health websites (such as the Colorado Google Doc you linked to)

Shameless plug: I created this dashboard using my company’s product to track this data. I live in New York and have been tracking county-level data closely in this part of the dashboard (still WIP).

Tableau team created a downloadable workbook on Tableau Public including dashboards that anyone can use to blend their own data with that on the disease. https://www.tableau.com/about/blog/2020/3/covid-19-data-resources-to-understand-virus-impact?utm_campaign=Awareness-OTHER-ALL-ALL-ALL-ALL&utm_medium=Social&utm_source=LinkedIn

Keep checking google news, CDC Website, WHO Website and their social medias. Also follow the social medias of local news outlets and local government for data about your city/town.
Hope this helps
Stay safe everyone and remember to wash your hands!
