Where is the best place to get data on the coronavirus?

I’ve currently bookmarked https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/ (screenshot below) and a google doc by the colorado department of public health and environment. *Update colorado has moved their google doc data to https://covid19.colorado.gov/case-data

I think data is important. Where are other high quality sources of realtime data for the growth of Coronavirus: COVID-19?

This page and map are really useful. I don’t trust the White House line on Coronavirus, but I do trust the CDC. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/cases-in-us.html

Aaaand NY has passed 200 cases in the past 24 hours. Shit. :poop:

I like articles with lots of graphs. This one right here has excellent info on how a super-spreader (such as Patient 31 in Korea) can break a country.

Hi Everyone - Our team at Smartable.ai created https://smartable.ai/apps/coronavirus/stats/

We are now putting our Coronavirus Stats & News Free API out to the developer community.

Our free COVID-19 Stats and New API lets you send a web-based query to Smartable AI and get back details about global and regional coronavirus data, including latest numbers, historic values, and geo-breakdowns. It is the same API that powers. Developers can take the returned information and display it in their own tools, apps and visualizations. Different from other coronavirus data sources that produce breaking changes from time to time, our API strives to be stable, detailed and close to real-time, by leveraging AI to gather information from many credible sources.

The API takes the location ISO code as input (e.g. US, US-MA), and returns the latest numbers (confirmed, deaths, recovered), the delta from yesterday, the full history in that location, and geo-breakdown when applicable. We offer detailed API documentation, a try-it experience, and code examples in many different programming languages.

According to a recent Hacker Noon poll, 11.3% believe that reported US case volume is accurate, 28.4% believe it’s underreported by a multiple of 5x, and 51.7% believe it’s underreported by a multiple of 10x.
