I guess you do it but with a great visual!!! Sounds interesting
The gym in my apartment is filled with blinding high color-temp lights and no windows.
I can see an appeal to make working out seem more fun in areas that can’t access nice scenery, but I don’t understand how headgear won’t get in the way. It seems like a huge safety and sweat concern.
