Just an idea:

  1. Only contributors and Hacker Noon staff can vote
  2. The power of vote should be based on the number of articles published on Hacker Noon
  3. Votes from Hacker Noon owners, editors, and staff have an extra multiplicator

Maybe will be reasonable to give a right to vote for Hacker Noon shareholder as well.
