I am new to Hackernoon and have recently written a article in form of medium draft. I just wanted to know how long I have to wait and also in the meanwhile, can I and should I post the same article on my personal medium page??

I did the same thing except my draft is on my blog. Their website states a couple of days and you should check the domain hackernoon.com/@yourusername daily to see if it’s available. So I believe you won’t get an email notification.
