Loved this! I use a gratitude journal and do a page a day. I’ve been taking a page from Viktor Frankl’s book Mans’ Search For Meaning and began going back to the not so great memories and finding new reasons to be grateful they’ve happened. Super transformative exercise. Thanks for writing
