Even if you don’t have a chatbox on your website, you have definitely encountered one before. Facebook, eBay, Domino’s Pizza, and Universal Studios are some of the big names that have their own chatbots.
Kinda funny that #1 chatbot is an alcohol company. Maybe drunk human can gain more value out of talking to a machine than a sober one? Also am curious which customer support lines have the best chatbots that appear to be humans…

The reason I listed Patron Tequila is that they have very creatively customized their chatbots to suit the interests of their customers. Along with calling themselves “Bot Tenders,” their chatbots also encourage users to promote their branded hashtag, “#SimplyPerfect.”
Isn’t that witty?
