Traditional recruitment processes take anywhere from days, to weeks, to even months to complete, and finding these “top-shelf” candidates is a lengthy process where the company has to spread the word about the recently opened position with the hopes that the right person will get the news and apply. It’s a game where the odds are pretty narrow.
you’re talking of a kind of referral program for the job search industry, correct? Sounds like a great solution. But isn’t it that if we implement such a system on a wider scale, there will be many worthy candidates without a referral who’ll miss out on opportunities?
Irrespective of what platform we’re talking about and what industry we consider, cryptos as a means to incetivize user’s efforts is an awesome solution.
On a different note, as @BTChodler points out, this would probably create too many referrals and would surely ease the hiring process for companies, but many would loose opportunity just because positions are filled by the referred candidates.
